Shoreline Airport Pickup Service - Fall 2025

Liability Waiver

I will:

• act responsibly and respectfully at all times.
• follow the instructions of the shuttle driver and Shoreline staff during the trip.
• follow all laws and rules set by the State of Washington and Shoreline Community College.
• follow any additional rules or laws at local places or destinations.
• not drink alcohol (even if I am legally allowed) or use illegal drugs during the trip.
• avoid any behavior that could risk the safety or health of myself or others.

I understand that:

• If I do not follow the directions of the shuttle driver or Shoreline staff, I may not be allowed to ride the shuttle and will need to find and pay for my own transportation.
• If I choose not to participate in the scheduled activities or fail to follow the travel guidelines, I may be required to reimburse Shoreline for the cost of my travel.
• If I bring more than the allowed number of luggage items (2 checked suitcases, 1 carry-on, and 1 small personal item such as a purse or backpack), I need to tell this to Shoreline staff before the sign-up deadline.
• I understand that I may be responsible for paying any extra costs related to the trip that are not covered by the shuttle or program.
• I understand that this activity may involve risks, including injury, loss of property, or even loss of life. I accept these risks and, in return for being allowed to join this trip, I agree not to hold Shoreline Community College or the State of Washington responsible for any harm or injury that may happen, unless it is caused by Shoreline's own negligence.
